Fenghua School Parents, Our school and Lake Zurich High School would like to reiterate that there is absolutely no parking or standing at the fire lane in front the B-wing building. I was informed (with license plate number)Sunday, 4/27/08, that there were three cars parked along the fire lane for over 15 minutes right before 4:20pm. Please be aware that parking or standing in front of the building is being video watched by LZHS. So don't be surprised next time if you are fined by a village police for parking violation. Picking up students by the fire lane must "stop and go." If you need to stand for more than a minute or two, I ask that you park your car in the parking lot and come to the door to pick up your students as standing and parking along the fire lane causes fire safety and traffic safety concerns. Please also remember that, for safety reasons, no drop off is allowed on the opposite side of the street in front of the building. If you really need to drop off your student(s) without parking, you must drive toward the tennis-court direction and turn around at door 1, and then drop off your students at the curb by door 7. I also want to emphasize that NO 3-point turn is allowed in front of building. Following these simple rules will protect you from liability cuased by accidents and/or unpleasant experience with fines on traffic/parking violations on LZHS campus.
